“In his heart a man plans his course, but the LORD determines his steps.” Proverbs 16:9
How many times are we tempted to ask God “why”? When things just don’t make sense or go the way that we planned for them to go, that is when we must trust God the most. For example, Joseph experienced many opportunities where he could have easily asked, “why God” or “why me”; instead of asking God “why”, Joseph simply believed God. The situations that he was placed in –like the time when he was sold into slavery right after having a very promising dream- didn’t always make sense or seem fair. Did Joseph quit? No. He pushed past doubt and unbelief and he waited on God's deliverance.
“A man's steps are directed by the LORD. How then can anyone understand his own way?” Proverbs 20:24 NIV
In life we have experienced and will continue to find ourselves in a place where nothing seems “clear” to us. While in these places of uncertainty we must remain steadfast and unshaken while continuing to trust that God will never leave us or forsake us; therefore “All is Well and All will be Well!” If we keep the faith and maintain the right attitude we will see the manifestation of our confession.

It is vitally important to daily spend time inspiring our innermost being or “spirit man” with God’s Word (the Bible) so that we are better prepared to handle every unfavorable situation that LIFE brings our way!
